Total Darkness

Just wanted to pass along an observation I've made of my SPS

About 2 weeks ago my moonlights stopped working and the tank has been in total darkness
at night.
The SPS corals have exploded with new growth. My green slimer has about 8 new branches starting and an ORA red planet frag has doubled in size.

polyps doubled in size? or colony doubled in size?

Colony, grew about another 1/4 inch, but it was small to begin with.
