Trace element dosing

Hey guys. I started using kalk and no longer dose KH/CA which had my trace element dosing with it.

What is everyone using for an easy and balanced method for dosing trace

+1 for Tropic Marin A and K. I put in 7ml each on the weekend for a 65-70gallon system.

Haven't done any ICP tests but everything is responding well to the added traces. Previously had corals even bailing for a lack of traces.

The recommended is 1ml per 100ltr , I’m on 5ml for a 380ltr and next weeks icp will tell me if it’s adequate
The max is 2ml per ltr but I guess if your going icps you’ll dose what you need

I also dose TM K+ and A-, 2mL/day each, in a 60-65 gal system. Haven't done an ICP yet but I can say that my corals (mostly LPS) are doing very well.

The recommended dose per TM is 1ml per 100L per day, or 1ml per 26gallon per day.

7ml is actually less than half the recommended dose for my system when broken out to the daily dose. I just dump it all on one day.

Correct 7ml per week is what I'm dosing.

I'm currently tracking how the amount of TM Elements dosed affects my ICP results. Only one data point currently though.

I just started to track what effect changing the amount of A- and K+ Elements dosed has on my tank water. My plan is to send off an ICP after going through each gallon of two-part solution. For me that will take about 70-80 days. Here's the results of my first sample. Based on these results I decided to increase the amount of Elements dosed by ~25%. Will see where we are at in couple of months. I was going to start a thread after having a couple of more samples of data.
