Just changed out to a new set of reagents. Ran the calibration. After calibration the trident read exactly what was printed in the bottle. All tests after calibration have alk readings between 11 and 12.5 no idea what’s going on. Tested with Hannah checker and at 8.7 which is just about exactly where the trident was reading before I swapped out reagents. Calcium and magnesium seem to be working as they should. Trident is Not even a year old yet. Bought it in August of 22. Any advice?

I try to prime and let it run 24hrs to see where its at before I try and calibrate. I have also seen people measure tank water and just calibrate it with that.
