Trident test C fail

Can somebody help me with trident test C fail. 99% of the time I can resolve all trident related issue. All over sudden I am getting test C failure. I took it apart 6 times already every line has been cleaned. The black part flushed with alcohol. I watched each pinch valve and seems to be working fine. I primed each reagent and sample line and goes up to correct levels. When it does Alk test it's fine but when I do combined or calibration it throws test c fail. Everyhting I seen online seems like no concrete answer, on the YouTube video from neptune they said usually this is caused by a big failure from pinch valve, or really cloggedand etc. but all working fine. I would appreciate if somebody knows and they could help me

Yes, enough. I mean it also primes full amount in to cuvette.
