Triton & Microbubble scrubbing

Are there any specific pros & cons to using microbubble scrubbing with Triton method?
Does anyone have any experience with doing it?
I was doing it for a while before I upgraded my tank, but since setting up the new RSR 250 and switching to Triton I have not set it up.

Micro bubble scrubbing does not effect Triton at all so if you want to do it go right ahead.
