Lots of algae. Make sure they are right side up. Otherwise not difficult to keep.

They won't eat bubble algae. Very good at glass cleaning

Consider shipping usps priority2-3 day? I’ve ordered snails and stuff through reef cleaners and they do priority. Idk how fragile abalone are though.
