True Lumen Pro LEDs any good?

Am considering the 12 inch retrofit kit for my tank.
Any opinions out there?

I've seen a few tanks out there that did use them in the past. Look pretty good to me. I never thought they were strong enough, but, they grew everything.

I have one that I run with my t5's not sure I would run them alone, but they def add more pop to my tank.
The tank looks great at night when just the tru lumen is on .
