Not necessarily a bad idea, but you’ll want to keep a very close eye for signs of ammonia build-up or aggression. I know first hand how quickly it can crop-up... one of the reasons I’ve decided to skip TTM as a treatment option, personally. My single attempt is using it ended with having to do an emergency transfer to save the fish after an overnight ammonia spike....

Another thing to keep in mind, TTM only takes care of crypto... not velvet.
