All is well. Thanks for checking in. I took a little break from the social media thing.

The tank is doing great! After the battle with dinos and defeating them back, I continue to dose Phyto Feast, 20 ml - twice per day. I resumed auto water changes and all is great.

I am now a believer of dosing phyto daily. I believe it has brought a balance to my tank that just wasn’t happening otherwise. The sand dwelling dinos are gone and my rocks stay completely free of the brown dusting, even without basting them off.

Good to hear all is well. The tank looks superb.

A ton of people are swearing by phyto -- live and otherwise. I have some funk going on and may give that a try. It isn't dinos, but doesn't seem real common. Some version of a chrysophyte. Annoying though. I started a thread on it here.

Anyway, welcome back to R2R.

Symbiodinium. Got any treatment ideas?

While it looks kinda similar to ostreopsis in the tank, it is very different under the scope. They are VERY small and completely motionless. They are easily basted or siphoned away but return the next day. They don't stick to coral flesh, but do stick to everything else. I FEEL like they are...

Some updates on the growth progress. Still running Orphek Atlantik V4 Gen 2 with 2 T5’s (both ATI B+). Also added 2 Orphek OR3’s 120 (1 Blue Sky and 1 Blue Plus). I’m thinking about getting an Aquatic Life Hybrid for the extra 2 T5s and mounting the Atlantiks to it.

Assuming those colors are true, I think we have a lot of the same pieces. Sad truth is, my older colonies I have had so long that I really don't even know for sure what they are.
