under rated led lighting!

I think these led pucks are highly under rated!
There are some crazy reviews at few of the russian forums, translation does not work so great to understand them fully.

Anyone using them here???

Interesting, but over-/under-rated is a matter of perspective. I would also be interested to hear if anyone is using them.
