Which application is better for tank in long term ?

Schedule 80 bulkheads are best in my opinion. Bulk Reef has them for good prices.

+1, IME, uniseals are too hard to remove a pipe from. I do recommend the uniseals for ro tubs, as they work on rounded surfaces.
