Upgrading to 20g from a 10g

Hi guys, I have a stable and happy 10 gallon fish only tank with 1 clown, 1 blood shrimp and 2 blennies (which i know is too many). I want to upgrade quickly to a 20g tall tank, but i would like some expert opinions on the best way to do this. Do i need to start over and re-cycle this new tank all over again before safely moving my fish into it? Buy a new filter and heater and everything instead of re-using?

Im sure theres many other questions but thats the main one for now..

If you equipment is rated for a 20g tank then just swap tanks and re-use what u got

If you add more rock or more sand yes you will have to re cycle it. If you just use the same stuff then no

Okay so I guess my question would be, what would the best way to do that be? I understand if you dont want to spend to the time to explain, I am quite the newbie.

All equipment i got for up to 20-30 gallons, My main concern is water, should i reuse what is in the tank then add more mixed saltwater to fill the entire tank, I will use the same sand. while the 20g is setting up, i cant take the filter and heater out of the one with the current fish in it, see my question here?

So can this technically happen in a day? kind of like doing a water change but by taking the fish out (since theres only 3 and a shrimp) and then dropping them back into a tank that bigger and theyll barely notice? lol

The equipment is not the issue the rock and sand is. If you use new rock and sand you will have to cycle your 20 gallon

Okay I'm going to use same rock and sand. That was my plan all along, I have no corals or live rock, so with the right amount of saltwater mixed at the right levels, I can use the same water in the 10 gallon and transfer it to my 20g that has the same old rock and sand?
