Huh? What? When you were much younger??? Much younger, at your age, would make you like 12!

Ahhhh yeah lol I kinda realized that after I posted that lol. But hey I was a smart cookie when I was 12 lol. @NY_Caveman lol oh come on you were 12’once a few years back err a few more than me. But I do remember that song, it was in Forrest Gump. (Yes i know it’s by the byrds :) which speaking of which my all time fav song from them was or is, (I think) I feel a whole lot better.

Turn^3 was actually written by Pete Seeger and a total rip off of the Book of Ecclesiastes. The Byrds turned it into a #1 hit. The Byrds are one of my favorites as you can guess. My favorite is Eight Miles High, although I think I like the punk, 80s version by Hüsker Dü better. The song you picked is also a great one.

Just to be complete, and for nostalgia’s sake, the Hüsker Dü single of Eight Miles High (which I still have on 45, if you know what that is) was probably the most influential song in my life. I heard it on WICB (Ithaca College) in 1984 (age 14). It showed me what music was capable of and I bid farewell to popular music forever. I may have never learned to love punk, classical, opera, jazz or bands like the Grateful Dead, Zappa, Phish, etc. without hearing this song, that day.

A lot of different, talented personnel and egos in The Byrds over the years and it went from Folk Rock, to Psychedelic Rock, to Country Rock. I like a lot of their work, to include the 1968 Gram Parsons influenced "Sweetheart of the Rodeo" country-rock album. This song is a bit later work (1970), but has always been one of my favorites - Chestnut Mare.

One of my favorite silly quizzes that tells me I'm old.

Can anyone under 30 tell me what the yellow thing is?
[emoji846]

Hint, it was 3 (4?) music formats ago.

A Ninja star also good to use if you had different models of record players to play single´s or EP´s - Can´t remember them from LP:s :) Singles and EP was good as frisbees too :)
