I could just barely hear Dancing Queen by Abba playing in the background. This specimin must have been collected in Swedish water and is getting down to a local group. Note moves very similar to the choreography in video. Pretty strong case here I think

I have seen this before, with zero, zip, nadda research I can tell you it is shrimp Kung Fu, "Feed me now or I will remove a finger next time you have your hand in the tank!" ;)
He is eating all the star fish. Still plenty more to go!

that pile came off a single rock he has not cleared out just yet. I did actually place them right in front of him.

I am going to need to go this route eventually. But I have a very old brittle star and am waiting for him to go, first.

Why do you have to wait for the brittle star to go first? I have 3 I think.
My understanding is that the little shrimp will slowly eat them, too, once the rest of the stars are gone.

Oh yes, some folks have said that. Total tired duh moment. My understanding is the brittle stars are relatively safe from harlequin shrimp. But who knows. I will have to see for myself. I plan to pull the harlequin out out when the asterinas are depleted but so far he seems to have plenty to eat. LOL. And I have seen the brittle stars in the vicinity of the harlequin but no interaction yet.
