I often look at my corals under a black light to see them in their night time feeding mode. Now that they are starting to grow and looking healthy I thought I would photograph the WD today.
Hope you all enjoy.
Camera: Canon 5Dsr
Manual mode & Manual focus
Lens: Canon EF 180mm f/3.5 Macro
ISO:3200
F-stop f/8
Shutter speed: .3 sec
No shutter release, I used the internal camera timer to activate the shutter.
Tripod: RRS Series 3 Mk2 34L
Ball head: RRS BH-55
All pumps shut off
Post processing: Adobe Lightroom classic
Lighting: Hand held black light flash light. I would shine the light directly through the glass from different angles to illuminate different parts.
If anyone has any questions on how to accomplish these just ask.
