No, there is nothing wrong with sitting the bin on a concrete floor. You do lose the benefit of gravity when draining the container and have to rely on pumps.

Ok cool. I did read about gravity drain and storage under the shelving for storage or a 5 gal bucket. Just didn’t want to elevate 2-100 gallon tanks.

There are lots of options. I have two 65g tanks and I certainly appreciate having them elevated where I can turn the valve and let them empty into a bucket without turning on a pump (of course, there are other times where I use a pump as well). The good news is that you can always empty the tanks and re-situate them in the future if you decide with a little additional plumbing work. Good luck with whatever you decide!
