Weird tadpole looking things

These guys are everywhere in my dads biocube. At first I thought they were pods but they have these long tails almost like tadpoles. And they don’t just stay on rocks/glass they are free swimming. Hope you can see them in the video a big one swims by a couple times. Almost look like baby shrimp?

What do you have in your tank? My guess would be that there are a pair of live-bearing inhabitants that mated.
