6 people $500 a month. What you doing dropping gold bars in your tank?


I marked that option because I spend that much on my system in electricity alone, not including everything else.

I’d say under 25 in a regular month. If I buy corals or fish obviously that changes things.

I have a ten gallon with one fish. My food lasts forever and so does salt. Plus I can never make it to the fish store. I don’t think I spent a cent in January...

Equipment, stocking, frozen food, salt

This month and last was equipment with setting up the water mixing station. Before that was getting power outage prepared. And before that was the initial setup. There are so many extras that go along with having a tank. Not all necessity but sure are nice to have features.
