Spionid worms - sometimes harmless, sometimes highly invasive (if they start boring into corals, you've got a serious problem). They're filter-feeders, but in large enough numbers are unsightly and if coral-boring can kill off colonies of corals.

They dont look like spaghetti worms. They look like some transparent on rock.

Not Spaghetti Worms (Terebellids), Spionid Worms; the parts you see are the feeding tentacle pairs called palps.

What can pray on them

You won't find an effective predator for getting rid of these:

for spionids, the only effective predators would likely be ones such as small, predatory worms that can follow the into their tubes:

I’m not sure. I’d imagine you would need something that could follow them into their burrows for the predation to be effective though, as these guys have been shown to be partially eaten by things like killifish only to regenerate without issue on a regular basis in the wild (with specimens typically losing ~13-24% of their bodies and regenerating completely within ~2 weeks). I’d guess there are some predatory worms that might be effective against these guys, but (like the nudibranch mentioned above) you’d have a tough time finding one even if you knew which species to look for.

I'm honestly not sure - some species may be killed off with dips, but others have literally survived treatments that killed off the tank they were in:

I do not think that it is possible or desirable to remove spionid worms from your tank other than ripping it off and starting from the beginning, but they multiply if there are too much nutrients, especially those suspended in water column, so control those and you will control spionids
