Interesting! The majority is just the basics and ammonia and like I run my tank! But I see more and more coming in with all sorts of trace hmmmm… I have A&K and use it during the summer time when I can’t change water.. haven’t really noticed a difference with or without it… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Than you’re doing something right!

I only dose the lowest recommended amount (80ml/gal of 2 part) and levels come back perfect except for low strontium. I have to supplement more with that.

Seachem Fusion 2.
Seachem Fusion 1.
Red Sea Magnesium.
Rea Sea A+B.
KZ Flatworm Stop
KZ Coral Booster.
Live Phyto.
Red Sea Colours ABCD.

I like seeing others who do the 1/2 strength Kalk in ato. I like the ph boost and the cal/ all addition.
I actually started doing it to boost the ph. Initially I had to back off the AFR but im back to where I was then.

360ml of 2 part and tm part c. Do moonshiners for less wc on a 300 gallon. Colors were good on 125gal with wc and kc 1234 once a week but went this route for new tank.

So what’s everyone seeing with the kz faktworm stop? I didn’t notice a difference really but I see tons of people use it! I backed off when I got Dino’s and haven’t tried it again myself.. I know it’s loaded with iodine as people who use it report it on their icp tests.

What is TM A K C?
Can someone link that please?

Im familiar with the balling method....
Tropic Marin A&K is a trace element supplement.. it’s an all in one really.. well 2 part I should say.

I'm actually surprised to see so many using all for reef.

I'm running kalk and afr on one tank and kalk and balling 3 on the bigger reef. Too soon to see which I prefer.

These are strictly trace elements. You still have to dose calcium, alkalinity and mag… this is a supplement for people who don’t change water a lot or at all honestly. Basically reef moonshiners in a nutshell if you’re familiar with that at all.. difference is A&K pretty much doses all “required” elements between the 2 vs moonshine or captive8 etc where each element is individual and you gotta send in icp test to see what’s lacking or over board etc. each element comes in a individual bottle and you dose according to icp test and programs they have outlined.

Zeovit, DSR, Triton, etc. If I was to try an additive solution it would probably be DSR. Doesn't require ICP testing and has been around since 2009 give or take. I recall Zeovit coming out earlier though.

I am pretty happy with AFR though. Hoping we get a larger powder container here in the US...
