Everyones got cool colors! My red isnt as deep, its more pale red with a green and gold base so i think i put it too high up but its encrusted so much its too late.

its growing new branches like crazy i see a daily difference though!

I just noticed something, my acro seems rather..... smooth... I know I got it from a reputable seller and I trust what it is but mine doesnt have the like cups that hold the corallites, theres a few but most branches are just smooth and covered in polyps like a monti would be
I know this thread is a couple years old, but hoping you are still around and can give an update as mine has been pretty similar.

This frag on LT was in 284 PAR. I’ll take a updated pic tomorrow. I think it’s double the size now.

This is mine after 7 months of growth under radion g5 pros running AB+ for 9 hours a day with roughly an hour ramp up and down.

As you can see, its mostly red/brown with a green/yellow base. Is this coloration normal?

I think maybe this needs just a little more light. Have you tested PAR? Maybe a bit more nutrients?
