What is going on with this snail?!

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this snail? Are these aptasia or feather dusters or?? All my other snails looks normal besides this guy.

It looks like your snail has some colonial hydroids hitching a ride. You probably want to pull the snail out of the tank in a container of saltwater and give the shell a thorough cleaning.

I've heard smothering the hydroids with kalk paste may work, and here are some other threads with suggestions that might be helpful:

Hydroids - How do I eliminate- They have taken over my tank

So I have this stuff that has pretty much taken over my tank and I can't get rid of it. I'm looking for an ID and an eradication plan that is anything short of a total teardown.
