Hard to tell without a larger pic ... but kind of looks like a bit of sponge or tunicates.

That’s not a toadstool. I don’t know what’s growing on it but as hardy as Kenya trees (I believe that’s what it is) I wouldn’t worry about it.

There is a Toadstool to the left of it. Yeah I read that Kenyas are hardy.
