What is this,

So my question is, what is this stuff, I stir up that sand weekly, and it comes back the next day. Can someone tell me what it is, and how to get rid of it. It is all over my sand, and my tank. I just want it gone. My tank is 135 gal, all parameters are good. The only one that is off, is nitrates. So please some one help .

Stop stirring your sand! It looks like it might be cyano.
