What is this?

saw it swimming around the tank and didn’t know what it was. Have seen a few others since... what is it? Good or bad?

Some sort of little pod. Doesn't look like any of the bad ones I know of, so probably nothing to worry about.

It was also pretty well sized compared to other pods I’ve seen... it was Roughly 1/8 inch long.

I've seen similar pods hanging out in my tank, and they rarely get to that size before my Christmas Wrasse and Longnose Hawkfish find them haha

I don't know about that pod. Look at all those orange spots on it. Appears to have some kind of infection, what could be the dreaded reef cooties! :)

The orange spots are Dino’s... starting to win the battle with Dino’s though!
