Looks like there is clusters of polyps? If so then those are hydroids. Look into fenbendazole and let's see if anyone from #reefsquad will chime in to confirmHere you go.

I don't know if the is a viable option, I have tons of cerith and nassarius snails. I couldn't imagine taking them all out.

Makes me want to start a pest tank just to raise Peps to eat all the nasties. I know it can be done if there is little to no other food sources available.I've had Pepps eat hydroids. It's not a definite, similar to them eating/not eating Aips, but mine wiped out the same species of hydroids the OP posted.
