Hey yall. I'm back again with another question. I found these dark patches growing on my LR. I've had the tank running for about 8 months now. I'm starting to get really nice blooms of coraline on the back glass and rocks. However tonight I was cleaning the tank and started noticing all these really dark spots. I turned just the whites on and took some pics. Hopefully yall can ease my mind. I looked up black coraline algae and now I'm in panic mode lol. Thanks in advance! If yall need any other pics let me know!

Good morning. Kinda hard to see, but it looks like black sponges forming. They can grow in patches if it is. Some people hate them, they can be invasive. I don’t mind so much.

I was also noticing in the first few pic there are bubbles in some algae. Are they starting to show up on their own or maybe coming from bubbles out of a pump?
