I picked this up at my LFS and he wasn't sure what it was either. It is smaller than a quarter right now and he said it started as just a teeny tiny piece that came in on a rock with some blastos. It isn't flashy as far as I can tell so far and is hard . It is a greenish/blue with bright neon orange/pink.
