What made you stick with T5

What is the main reason you decided to stay with T5

I prefer the ease of T5's, the lower heat, the lower cost, and I enjoy the glow. Works great on my zoa/chalice dominated tank.

I agree had halide and led over my tank and did not compare with t-5

New bulbs out are great, low heat, can keep every coral under them.

Even though I have a combo fluorescent and MH and like MH better, I think T5 are the best build and light

I love the fact that I am able to save money on electricity going with t5 without risking any corals. Bulbs last longer (more savings), less water evaporation (more savings), no need for a chiller (even more savings) it's a win win any way you see it plus you can customize the color in any direction with different combos. Only thing I miss is the shimmer so I added leds for that.

Nothing.... thats why I switched to LED's... now I really have low heat transfer, and low electrical costs..... and SHIMMER! :)
