Whats going on here?

I have a tank 10 months old and have noticed lately some of my coraline is getting white stuff on it as well as some hair algae. What is it?

Shifts in chemistry and lighting can cause coralline to change color or die off.
Have you checked the N/P values of late?
Do you have an Urchin or Asterina stars in the tank?

I tested my water yesterday Nit was between 20 and 40 using the API test kit and phos was a little over 0. I do have a Urchin why?

I did do a 15% water change and will do another today.

Some Urchins graze on Coralline Algae as to some Asterina star types.
