What's on my Frogspawn?

Found this weird white growth? Worm? On my frogspawn. Honestly not sure what it is.

I do know about those, they're everywhere in the tank.
I meant the thing circled.

Looks like a pineapple sponge to me with its round base and up spout. If so they're harmless filter feeders

It look like Vermetid tertite to me (when it extend it mucous disturb the coral): Vermetide-compare it on the photos there
