I really have no clue lol....he does have some white spots on him.

I noticed some white spots on the black line about 11oclock from its eye in your first picture, That's why I asked how long you had the fish

Eats everything. Frozen, pellets, LRS, nori....I feed well.

Just updating this. The issue has completely resolved itself and he looks great.
