Where do I start with Radion G4 pros?

I just bought two Radion XR30 G4 pros for my 120 gallon tank. 48x24x24. I don't have access to a par meter. Can someone give me a good starting point on the intensity and a ending point? I will be running the AB+ program.

I definitely want a mixed reef. I want to try and have sps on the top of the rocks and lps and softies mid to low in the tank.

I would go with ab+ template and adjust your lights on, to suit

60% intensity would be a good place to start. And I suggest an acclimating period of 2 weeks at 60% intensity of your 60% max.
