Which Canon advice please

I am looking into buying a camera second-hand as my first camera. There are three available locally which I have looked into, but some of the specs are a bit over my head.
Does anyone have a preference to one of these three:

1. Canon 400d SLR
2. Canon Powershot SX510 HS
3. Canon 1200d DSLR
