It’s crazy to see how much people are paying for fish in other countries.. my white tail bristle tooth was $30 lol.. the thread is a little deceiving as what you paid or what’s it worth? I haven’t paid more than $40 for any fish in my tank and I have a yellow and gem tang.. it’s mostly trade work in house haha! With that being said it would be crazy for someone to guess out of all my fish what I paid the most for.. or which one was the $40 fish haha!

Ive thought of a fun game to play, a game of ‘What is my most expensive fish’ where you see eachothers stock (either photos or listed) and then have a guess at what their most expensive fish is in that list. And no this doesn’t mean ‘I have to have one fish that’s over 100 or so, it can be low digits too!

I’ll go first, guess which fish is my most expensive in my 4’ tank;

Plus, this is a good time to count how many fish you have haha, I didn’t realise I had 15 fish in this tank alone.

I guess it's the one you have replace over the years or months I would say.. this is the most expensive fish. Copper butterfly, wrasses

I wish I had to replace my CBB… instead he’s now 4 years old (5 in January 24).

The wrasses I’ve only had 2 replaced this year, and instead I just add more to fuel my addiction

I have 2 greens;
A Gold Nugget Wrasse or Xenojulis margaritaceus
And a Jade Wrasse or Halichoeres chloropterus

I assume you mean the one with the ricordeas in the background, that’s my Xeni :)
