White Dots

Hey everyone I have these white things with like 8 legs on the side of my tank any idea what they are? They dont seem to be moving and they stick to your hand.

Those are hydroids in the medusea stage, part of their life cycle. I've had them in my tank for a few months now. They do t seem to bother anything. Some say they are self limiting. @Lionfishlair will be able to give more info.

What do they grow into a plant or jellyfish? I also wonder if this is sporing them?

They are not plants. They are predators, similar to jellyfish.
