White slime in sump??

Can anyone tell me what this is? It just started a few days ago and is only in my sump not in the display. Only change in anything is adding acropower.

Do you have low flow in the sump?
I get a white slimy film in my water change buckets if I remove the powerhead and leave the water for a while. I've been told it's a bacterial growth and it's nothing to worry about :)
