I can’t really find a good answer, will a yellow coris wrasse move rocks around? I would t want them to fall, and would they move corals on the sand?

Had one for 4.5 years

no issues

but maybe not full grown

This is an excellent question. I just got a new yellow coris wrasse and it actually seems too small to move any rocks now, but in the future I am curious if it will disrupt some smaller rock scapes I have. Following.....

They can as it is a wrasse thing to do. Red coris, melanurus and lunare do for sure

Had a Yellow Coris for over 4 years. Never one time did it ever 'adjust' anything in my tank.
But, it had lots to pick at, so your mileage may vary.
Back then I had acans, zoas, palys, gorgs, gsp, zenia, you name it.
Then in the next tank I had mostly SPS.
'Junior' ate all my amphipods then, after finishing off the micro brittle stars he could find, he moved on to pods on the rockwork.
But never did he tip over any rocks on the sandbed nor try to upset any freshly glued frags.
Had him up until he was 4" and would have kept him longer if I could - sadly he passed.

Good luck !!

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
