WIP 30 gallon Nano

Hello all I am looking to turn my 30 gallon into a Nano reef. I would love to go larger cause I know that means more stable but I do not have the space at the current time. I plan on doing 20% water changes weekly and testing daily. And top offs until I can get a ATO system.

Here is what I have so far for the tank

30 gallon tank
Seachum PRIME
150 w glass heater
Digital Thermometer
Glass Thermometer

Here is the stuff on my to buy list

4 power heads(one will be for salt mix)
2 30 gallon barrels for storage of RO/DI water and salt mix
Salt mix
200w heater for salt mix
4 20 lb bags of LS(I want to have a DSB(I have done my research))
15 lb LR and 30 lb DR
API Masters Reef Test Kit
Light ( Was looking at this one Coralife Saltwater Double Aqua T5 Strip)
Lid( Glass, eggcrate, or acrylic ? )
20 L tank for DIY 4 chamber sump (Which is better acrylic or glass for buffers)
PVC for DIY overflow and return
return pump(Looking at this one Deep Blue Triton 3 Water Pump)
protein skimmer (Looking at this one Won CU 125 Protein Skimmer)
wavemaker controller
Supplies for DIY Cinder Block stand
ATO system
Refractormeter

So I would really like some help with my set up if you guys/girls have anything you think you know of or sites that can help me find the stuff I will need. I would be very honored

I would caution to not use the glass thermometer. They can easily break and create a disaster scenario in the tank.

As far as your list goes, this is what I would get:

Powerheads: I would go with either an MP10 or a Jebao WP-25. I think one of those would be perfect. As far as the mixing container, I would just get a cheap power head for that.

Light: It depends on the types of corals that you plan on keeping. I'm not really a fan of that light.

I would also look into joining a local reef club. You should be able to get great deals on used equipment.

Okay I will just use two digital than thank you. I was only planning on using that light until I can upgrade to a better one I am gonna start out very slow with corals. Mainly zoas, xenias, and easy lps. I am no rush to have a tank full of corals. I was looking at those two for tank I can get the MP10 for a better deal so I might get those. I was planning on ordering on off of eBay for $10 it has enough current to keep the water moving. Okay Ty I will look to see what clubs are around. Thank you again for your input.
