Is this better done on a computer? What will be the average cost for coral be? Will I be guaranteed at least a coral purchase or chances are slim of coral running out?

We really think it depends on the device. Some have great luck on their phones / ipads, etc. Others swear by desktops. I would go with whatever is your fastest device.

Will I have to add my card information everytime I have something on the cart?

You will have to enter it the first time you purchase something (or create an account on worldwidecorals.com), but after that it should remember you and autofill most if not all your information.
