Hello!

I have had 2 clowns, a royal gamma, and a purple firefish for about 4 months. 3 weeks ago I added a flameback angel and yellow coris wrasse.

The tank schedule is that the original fish sleep until about when the lights come on at 12:30 pm (they must be teenagers) - and are up and still going at it at 'lights out' at 9:30 pm

I typically feed between 7pm-8pm

The flameback angel has gotten on the bandwagon - but the wrasse gets up early and retires to the sand bed by about 3:30 pm.

  1. I do not want to have to autofeed while I am at work
  2. I do not want my fish to starve
Any ideas on how to get the wrasse with the program? Or, is it a lost cause and I don't get to feed my fish in person anymore? :(

Thanks!

Yep my melanrus did the same thing for the first 2 weeks or so when I got him. Was always up way before me (he was up at like 6am) and was sleep by 4pm. He missed some meals but I would try to feed him earlier when I could. He’s finally starting to get with the program, yesterday the ole man was up till about 8pm.
