Hi Guys! Wanted to start my own thread and show off my tank and all of my progression with my newfound passion. As of these pictures, I have cleared my cycle, continuing to do tests to ensure levels are staying where they should be, and still planning and implementing improvements along the way. As of todays test results, my phosphates are 0, my PH balance is 7.8, my ammonia levels are 0, my Nitrite levels are 0, and Nitrates are about 2 ppm. So far we have taken in 5 Blue Legged Hermit crabs, 5 Scarlet Legged Hermit crabs, 5 Nassarius snails, a Yellow Watchmen Goby named Bob, a Clownfish named Nemo (named by my daughters), a beautiful Blue Eyed Tang named Phoebe, A Purple Firefish named Steven, and last but definitely not least a Candy Striped Pistol Shrimp named Brick. It has been a lot of work but so gratifying at the same time. I cannot wait to be able to add some really cool looking corals in this tank. If you are looking to get into this, I had sort of a mentor and it makes things seem not as daunting. Feel free to ask any questions, and if you have your own tanks, post some pictures and lets be friends!

Man im jealous you have a firefish! My tank is a bit too agressive for such a beauty...
Thanks man! I love that thing! Kind of hard to find the purple ones in my area. They are few and far between, knew I had to snag it when i saw it come outa quarantine.
