Yuma ricordea sick ?

Hi I've just added my first few soft corals and my yuma mushroom seems to have an injury or decaying patch after 1 week of being in the tank. Lightly blew with turkey baster and 1 large polip fell off
I've treated the yuma with an iodine dip when I recieved from the lfs and again today which is 1 week later. Also moved into alot less light and flow

Just wanted to ask if this looks like a common issue and if it will heal over time or if I should be more concerned ??

It also normally has alot more polip extention

Has the mouth always been open like that, any changes to color? Yuma can be super sensitive, especially when first introduced. Did you move to complete shade and super low flow? Was it a wild piece?

The mouth opens and closes at times it did regurgitate somthing on the 2nd day yellow and looked like a rolled up fish flake , the colour seems to be the same. It's in a shaded spot with minimal flow compared to other parts of the tank, and I believe its aquacultured because its on a piece of life rock but cant be 100% sure. i might let it settle then transfer to a small magnetic breeder box ?

I don’t have yuma but I’ve had other mushrooms in the past. Some of this looks like it could be expulsion of zooxanthella from lighting changes. The regurgitation piece especially. This is normal. I would watch this coral for now and try to not worry about it.
