Got this guy for like $20 and he was super pretty, but never got a name. He kinda looks like a Sunny D's but not sure. Any help is appreciated!

It definitely looks like a Sunny D. I have a small colony 20-30 of them.

I believe those are raptor rainbows. I see green on the skirt & I think sunny ds don’t display any color on the skirt.

It could be either as most are morphs from one another with just a different "vendor name". Here's a pic of sunny d and Raptor rainbow
