I bought a shell that had a few polyps of utter chaos zoas on it. A few months later a new zoa that was most certainly not an utter chos sprouted a couple polyps. I have been trying to ID it to no avail. Can someone identify this zoa?

Mandarin oranges have orange skirts and green centers. Eagle eyes have a orange center.

So you’re not wrong, but it is a matter of how it appears in photos. Mandarin oranges’ centers are a solid yellowish-green and what you have is indeed a mandarin orange.

OP’s have a green mouth with a whiteish specking on a dark background.

Eagle eyes have a green skirt so don’t matter for this ID.

Attaching pics for reference.
