2 bulb T5

Hello R2R. Recently bought a 65 gallon bow front. The tank comes with a 2 bulb T5 fixture. I recently ordered a coral + and a blue plus. Has anyone used this combo? What types of corals are you growing with this 2 bulb combo? Advice?

I run 4 each on my 120.
I would get another 2 bulb unit and run 4.
With 6 you could grow anything imo.
4 is a good start though.
Great full spectrum lighting.
Mine is 4" off the surface.

Cover the total surface area of your system with T5s. That is the way to go for any type of corals, zoas, clams. Can you fit 6 bulbs? Go for it. The combo you choose. matter of taste.

4 should be fine on a 36, blue plus and coral plus are great bulbs. A purple or actinic added in there is good too but you can make it how you like it.
