I put the towel up on the TV room side, so he couldn't see into it while he was acclimating. I figured he could get used to people moving around the kitchen before he also has to deal with people at his back in the tv room. Then there's the 72" TV that has xBox One always booming.....

But I think he's telling me he's ready for the towel to be removed. He's a cutie and was so small when I got him. He was a 1-1/2 incher. That's why I'm so protective of him.

Ha! You wouldn't want my dwarf zebra then! As soon as he sees me sit down on my couch (which is near the tank) he smushes against the front glass and just hovers and stares at me. He just slides back and forth against the front glass staring at me because he wants his food and he wants it NOW. He's quite the character.

Very nice tank. I too one day will have a peninsula tank.....actually, that would be a great compromise if the next place i move to has an open floor plan...im not a fan, but if i can divide it with a tank maybe it wouldnt be so bad...

He likes orange juice. Stable vitamin C! I feed a little fish flesh ahead of time, as citrus is pretty acidic.
