Very nice, I also run a 32 gallon Biocube. I've upgraded my lighting to the Nanobox duo retrofit kit.

Do you have a link to this retrofit kit? All I see on Nanobox's site is their fixtures...nothing about a retrofit kit for the Biocube.

Hrm. I think both look like viable options. I sure wish I knew someone who had experience with both. Other than comparing PAR, I don't have any good basis for comparison between the two. It looks like the installation for the Steve's upgrade is just a tad easier, based on the installation videos, but both look pretty simple. I'm still leaning toward the Steve's for my own tank, but that's because that's what I've been planning on for a while now, not for any actual reason that makes sense.
