Last night I picked up my WWC live sale winnings that a friend of mine was holding until I got home from working out of town. I can say that I have picked up some beauties. These also happen to have a few on my coral bucket list. The sticks are a little unhappy color wise but polyps are out and I think they are going to color up nicely. I picked up ORA pearlberry, WWC Grizzly Adams, WWC snowdrop, WWC Forgemaster, WWC Jolly Rancher mille and the WWC Nitrox mille. I also received a few lps corals from a frag pack which I generally don't care for but they are growing on me. I will post some pics before the end of the weekend.

Wwc grizzly adams, forgemaster, jolly rancher milli, ora pearl berry, and wwc snowdrop (right to left) the sixth one is the next row back furthest to the left and it's the Nitrox milli. They aren't much to look at yet but I can't wait till they color up and start growing.

That little lump of color above the splitting rhodactis puts me in the bounce mushroom club.

Well I have been busy picking up some new things for the tank. I traded a piece or two to @Dan McNertney for some frags of his colonies, Hawkins echinata and a frag with some of the craziest PE. I bought a dime sized Wwc og bounce, a nice size frag of Sc orange passion (which I have wanted for so long), and a really interesting no name tenius frag from one of the local shops. I'll post some pictures of things after I clean the tank today.

Well after a few weeks away from the tank, I have returned to find a few issues. While away my skimmer decided to overskim and fill the 1gal bucket I use for skimmate collection, and tripped the float switch in the bucket. The apex shut down my skimmer before it drained my tank, unfortunately the skimmer wasn't the only thing turned off. My return pump had the wrong float switch number in a line of code and was turned off, this dropped my temp in my dt too around 74 over the course of 12 hours. While my temp in the tank fell so did the PH because my CO2 scrubber is run off skimmer. My wife noticed the DT wasn't making any noise and sent me a message, I turned on the return pump and slowly things warmed up, my skimmer was still not turned on and I assumed the low pH was due to the return pump being off. It was 4 days before I realized why my pH was so low it dipped to 7.4. When I got home I tested my alk and it was low 6.7, calc was in the 500's and mag was almost 1500. I lost my red dragon colony and almost all of the montipora are on their way out. Over half of the sps have burnt tips and some form of stn. I'm trying to make changes slowly over the last 3 days and my alk has risen to 8.3. I lost my tuxedo urchin and also my coralline has started turning white. I'm hoping that by stabilizing the big 3 I can save some of these frags. I'll post pictures tomorrow.
