40B Noopsyche settings

Hello I will be receiving some mushroom coral, fox coral, and some zoas next week and was trying to get my light settings squared away before I get them. I have 2 Noopsyche k7 v3, they are placed along the back wall if the tank measured out equally and sit 10.5 inches from the light to the top of the water. Here's what I have currently and have a cheaper par meter of VBR aqua I can measure par with but I'm not sure what wavelengths and all that is correct or not. Here is what I currently have them set to.

So I'm running the k7 mini so I can only help with the red, blue and white. I'm running 3 of those on my 40b, and at 50% b,45% red, and 20 white, my vbr is saying close to 250-300 near the tops of my rock work.

There was a thread i thought of people uploading their schedules though. That might be a solid place to look.
